Meet your Host

Honor your connection with Spirit as Substance and Source of creativity, imagination, playfulness, and expression.

Sheryl Rogers is fiercely committed to guiding anyone who has ever wanted to paint or express their creative self, release any fear around being creative and know the joy of creating a work of art.

If you are looking to release fear, emotional blocks, become more connected to Source or just have a fun experience you have come to the right place.  For some people, someone in their past may have told them they were wrong with their way of creative expression, if this is you, you’ve come to the right place

My path became clear when I was on my own healing journey.  I met world renowned artist Freydoon Rassouli who introduced me to my own creative self.  Through twelve years of playing with paint and guiding others in their process, the classes I now offer were created and developed for you to enjoy.

Guests are saying remarkable things about the impact my classes have on their lives.  Example comments include:

  • Sheryl creates the environment to invite expression from the inside out. She provides materials which enticed me to want to use them.  And her entirely lovely presence brings the quiet sense that this expereince truly is just for ME, it is my freedom to play and to enjoy it.  I highly recommend this playshop for anyone who has written themselves off as entirely uncreative - Judi Whitewater
  • Her kind words and support in assisting all of us to open our hearts and minds allowed our spirits to guide us through a most expressive and fun day. Truly one of my most favorite moments in Sedona.- Monte Davis
  • I live a very expanded Soul life daily. Sheryl is the artist that placed my Soul's essence on canvas. Please, allow Sheryl your time to place your Soul essence on canvas too. You will be amazed and you will be very happy that you did.Laurel Lyons

Similar benefits await when you decide to invite me to serve in the powerful ways I can support your creative success.

My greatest joy is being witness as the artist begins to open up to the limitless possibilities, the face lights up in the discovery, I can create!  You are why I do what I do.

What sets me apart from many of the other painting classes you see around town is the passion I have in allowing you to be the master of your own expression.  Creating a safe space of no right and no wrong. Instead of showing you how to recreate a painting that someone else expressed, I will teach you how to create a work of art inspired by you.  A process you will be able to continue at home if you choose.

It would be my pleasure to guide you to achieve the creative results you desire.  Let’s continue the conversation in the manner that suits you best.

I'd like to share my thanks for Sheryl Roger’s assistance in bringing a new style of painting to our resort guests over our six week ‘Creatures and Critters’ Spring Break March through May, 2015. My assistant and I were really impressed by our demo of the ‘free’ painting style you taught us and the totally different results depending on the person. Our guests have really enjoyed the process of being able to paint without boundaries and we look forward to having Paint ‘n’ Play back very soon!

I attended Sheryl's playshop in November and it was a delightful, nourishing and expansive experience. Sheryl creates the environment to invite expression from the inside out. I highly recommend this playshop for anyone who has written themselves off as entirely uncreative." It was a wonderful fun time for all of us!
